After falling in love with Ube, we knew we couldn’t just sell it without truly understanding it. So we flew to the Philippines, the land where Ube has been loved for generations. We met farmers, explored the soil, tasted dozens of varieties, and learned about the cultural roots of this vibrant purple yam.
