One-Time Purchase Cancellation Policy

All one-time purchases may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, in accordance with U.S. e-commerce regulations.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@purplerooted.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered processing.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Subscription Terms

By placing your first order through our subscription program, you receive access to subscription-exclusive promotions. For this reason, the initial order is non-cancelable.

Cancellation is available after the second order, and can be managed directly through your account page on our website.

Please note that you may skip, pause, or resume your subscription at any time through your account settings.
